Manganese steel crossings

• Manufacturing capacity and heat treatment for pieces up to 12 meters long.
• Design, casting, heat treament, flash butt welding. EDH Explosive Depth Hardening.

Swing nose crossings

• With Manganese steel casted craddles and swing noses (Metro).
• With casted Manganese steel craddle, and machined point & counter point (High Speed, 350 km/h).

Insulated glued joints

54E1, 60E1... 90º, 45/90º rail cut... 4 or 6 drills.
